V for Vintage returns with its spring edition! Clothing items that seem to have come out of last century’s stories, impressive contemporary jewellery and accessories and, of course, product design all embrace the vintage style on 21st – 22 nd April at The Landmark (4 Vasile Alecsandri Street, Romană Square) as part of the 20th edition of V for Vintage Fair.
10 years after its first edition, V for Vintage #20 is waiting for you with 100 contemporary designers and 10 collectors of authentic vintage items, who will show you how contemporary design can join the vintage style in a harmonious manner. The selection of the spring/summer collections and the capsule ones dedicated to the edition was made by the jury of the event, consisting of Amir Doboș (Fashion Director Cosmopolitan Romania), Ioana Ciocan (General Manager Art Safari Bucharest) and Laura Călin (Founder V for Vintage). V for Vintage #20 also dedicates some of its space to 3 universities of arts and design in Bucharest, Cluj and Timișoara in the Future Design section, with students having the possibility to show their dedicated collections and installations.
V for Vintage #20 gives awards to the most creative designers. The participants have the chance to win:

BEST DESIGNER by Elle – award given by the magazine Elle Romania;

BEST YOUNG DESIGNER by Glamour – award given by the magazine Glamour;

BEST BRAND by Unica – award given by the magazine Unica to the designer who has built a considerable brand and has stood out with his or her fashion marketing and communication strategy;

DESIGNER of V for VINTAGE #20 – popularity award given following the votes of the fair visitors.
The public is expected on Saturday and Sunday between 11:00 and 20:00, and access to the fair is based on the ticket, which costs 12 lei/day. Tickets can be bought at the event or online, on eventbook.ro.
