The first independent theater festival in Romania, which takes place each summer, will be held this year between 22nd and 31st August. There will be 10 days full of shows, theatrical events, and many other surprises. During the festival, you will meet a great number of well-known personalities from this domain.

Under Cloud is an independent theater festival that gathers together and rewards the best independent performances, defining itself by quality and not by quantity, promoting valuable dramaturgy.
