On 8th February 2018, C&A released its first sustainable collection under the #WearTheChange umbrella. The collection, specially designed for the entire family, contains both Cradle to Cradle™, certified Gold products which are made of 100% organic cotton and clothing in whose manufacture renewable energy and also advanced water purification technologies have been used.

Declared the world’s largest bio cotton retailer in 2016, C&A has use since then this type of material for manufacturing the underwear for babies and men, thus replacing the cotton used before. This new material is used for other product categories too.

The C&A brand does not stop here with this initiative and is working hard to increase the number of products made from recycled or 100% organic materials. They also work intensively to increase the production of clothing products made from chrome-free tanned leather.

With over 1500 stores in 19 European countries, the #WearTheChange collection is available in all C&A stores in Romania and abroad.
