Autumn, as usual, surprises us with amazing dishes made from freshly picked fruits and vegetables, but the most beloved drink of this period is the must, also known as grape juice. Prepared directly from freshly picked and crushed grapes, this juice can be drunk by anyone, both children and adults, because it contains at most 1% alcohol, immediately after being prepared.

After approximately 3 to 4 days after the grapes are squeezed, their juice begins to ferment and the alcohol concentration increases to 4%, which is very similar to the amount of alcohol that a commercial beer has. So, the more time passes after obtaining the grape juice, the bigger the alcohol concentration gets. The final state of the fermentation process is when the grape juice is turned into wine.
