This year we don’t just have one day off for 1 May, but a long weekend instead, so the question that many of us ask is, “How are you spending it?” We have plenty of options – a barbecue with our friends in the garden, a picnic with our kids, or, for the bolder ones, maybe even a dip in the sea.
