The chapter of the fashion design began with the creation of an improvised dress from a second-hand leather skirt, a masculine undershirt and a curtain from Ikea. Malvina Cservenschi, who is still the muse of Andreea Constantin and the internationally image of Rhea Costa, dressed it in a photo session. She was also the one who wore the first dress signed by Andreea Constantin on the red carpet at a VIVA! event. Malvina's appearance in that lightweight Greek-inspired dress received a lot of appreciations and so the demands for Rhea Costa dresses increased significantly.

Andreea remembers how she remade the first Rhea Costa creations manually for each client. She knew every pattern. Today, the showroom has more than 50 employees and Rhea Costa is for 2 years the first Romanian brand included in Camera della Moda Italiana in The Official Calendar of Milan Fashion Week.
